Bullies was clearly the team of the year (honorable mention to GAP, IMO, just cuz he was the top team in the league until Zenith) ...and as for Nakamoto winning rookie of the year, it was close... but, in the end, Nakamoto had more wins than JJ did and Nakamoto's win over Toughill was what clinched it for her... Had she lost to Toughill, JJ totally would've won... absolutely. So if anyone got a bit "scammed" this season, it was GAP for not receiving even a nominations for his performance this year... otherwise, all the rest of the noms and winners were pretty spot on... and you really don't hear that from me very often. lol

Honestly, you're the joke Byron... not because your team isn't good, but because you seem to think you're entitled to everything cuz you have shitty internet, can't post as much as others and go around making it difficult for folks, you THINK, have some advantage over you... it doesn't matter how much charity you receive from the entire league, whether it's lower PPP than everyone else or teams give you fighters in charity cuz they feel sorry for you or to try and get you toa point where you suddenly get the epiphany that your team isn't that shitty... but even now, when your team isn't shitty, you can't even be enough of a man to say another team was better than yours ALL SEASON, then just lost a few fights at the end to bring him down to below you... You call it bias cuz GAP is my friend... I call it a team that was WAY better than yours ALL Season long... Did you see me bitching and kvetching last season cuz I didn't even get nominated for team of the year? ...even though I took the last place team to the GP final; not even a nomination... so shut the fuck up already Bryron!

Not getting in the middle of this, but I can say I have not heard Byron called someone who has asked for charity before, but I have heard on several occasions he has offered his fighters TO new teams or other teams in what many would consider charity-trade.
Now carry on, kids. Or, you know...let it go and let's all sit back and enjoy awards. Cause...AWARDS!!!

My subjective preference would have been JJ, my objective vote for best rookie last season would have gone to Miriam, then since I didn't want to be the deciding vote because of that, I waited until someone else voted and then tossed my vote into Randa, where it would not play a factor in anything

Well that's a blatant lie Sandman lol the first part anyways seeing as how when I first got Franklin I told you point blank that Byron had approached me about getting him and literally expected me to hand him over for virtually nothing as charity then threw a fit when I wouldn't charity Franklin to him and got you involved like he always does. So don't sit there and bold face lie when the fact is that he has basically demanded charity before.

That was when you were staff, people respected you, and expected better of you (since they just came off of Mike as staff and Mike would have let the non-staff member have the recent FA fighter instead of taking him for himself). Different time, different situation.
But first thing Bulldozers told me when he signed up and I asked if he needed any help with his fighters was that Byron had already offered him any of his fighters pretty much for free. It wasn't the first time I had been told that.

Different time, different situation. But first thing Bulldozers told me when he signed up and I asked if he needed any help with his fighters was that Byron had already offered him any of his fighters pretty much for free. It wasn't the first time I had been told that. 1) We both know I was only staff in title only; not anything else. 2) I shouldn't be expected to do what Mike does because I'm not Mike. 3) As for being respected, I wasn't respected even before you announced me as "staff", so don't gimme that crap lol ...and even still, whether you're staff or not, charity shouldn't be expected and demanded, at any time. 4) For the amount that Byron bitches and complains about how he's at such a disadvantage all the time, it's honestly little wonder from the standpoint that he's paying it forward already, at that time, yet was still complaining about being at a disadvantage to anyone who'd listen. I get the sentiment, but if your team is still struggling, and you're actually trying to get better, as LBC claims to be, then cries foul after offering and executing charity trades for others while still claiming a disadvantage seems like a pretty shitty move to me; not the act of offering/giving of charity or paying it forward either... the shitty move is continuing to claim a disadvantage after trading away a large asset for charity.
