I cannot wait for tonight's episode. I still think that the more the season goes on it's going to be about Rousey having bitch fits at Tate, but this season is already incredibly intriguing, especially with the flirtation in the house that already began.

Rousey's coaching staff are doing my head in. Well. One in particular. Yes, you've guessed it. (So called) Striking Coach, Edmond Tarvedyan. He gives it the large to the like's of Caraway (Who we know is a coward) and Meisha. Then he tries to stare down the BEAST who is Dennis Hallman, then when Hallman squares upto him offering him outside, he takes up the offer and starts shitting himself straight away by throwing excuses out of his hole under his nose. Then if that wasn't enough. Rhonda acts all big by squaring off to Hallman knowing that he wouldn't touch her.... God!! I hope someone beats that bitch like a runaway slave!!! Lol.

lol. I could not agree more with your assessment of Edmond. 1) Do you think Tate will be the one to "beat that bitch like a runaway slave"? 2) If you were the UFC, would you try to Capitalize on this mess and put together a Caraway-Tarvedyan fight? Or is that too WWE hahaha 3) I disagree about Caraway. I don't mind him much, and he has proven himself at least semi-legit in the octagon. 4) I think the crap with the stupid tweet is SOOO fricken overblown and old though that it gives me a headache at this point. WHo cares. Rousey threatened him, he threatened her, get over it Edmond. GET THE FUCK OVER IT!!! In terms of the contestants, are there any men that interest you? I am fully bored by the men and only really care about the women this season. Such a stacked season, women-wise! I am enjoying it all - the drama, the fighters...

To be honest Sandmen, none of the male fighters stand out to me, and i find myself looking more forward to the women fighting. As for Meisha beating Rhonda. I really just don't see it. When they stare down, you can see it in Meisha's eyes that she has already lost that battle and Rhonda knows this. Rhonda is like the school yard bully when it comes to Meisha. I would like to see how Cat Zingano would do against Rhonda. And ofcourse (My fighter) Cyborg ;-)

This reminds me of this little study I read not long ago, where more often than chance, when 2 fighters stare-down and one smiles, the smiling fighter loses. Meisha smiles more than Rousey. Statistically, she is done already.

I think Rhonda likes it a little bit too much, bullying Meisha. But it won't win her any fans. Like i said before. I used to like Rhonda, but now. I want to see someone beat her so hard, that her kids are born with bruises. Lol

Man, it was SOOO AWKWARD when she got all mad at Miesha for "laughing at Shayna's pain". Most awkward moments in TV history? Very probably. And I've seen the first episode of The MIcheal J. Fox SHow!

Not as awkward as Edmond Tarvedyan's nose!!! He would never be able to go and watch an Orchestra play live would he? I mean, every time he bobbed his head., the Orchestra would change tempo. Lol

All the more target for shattering. He should totally fight Hallman. That would be delightful. In other TUF news, and we kinda touched on this by the fact none of us give a damn about the men, anyone else feel like TUF as run its course with men? I mean, Colton SMith wins season 16 via boring decision, then promtpy loses his next fight against another TUF winner from the concurrent SMashes season ( xx - Former Team 3lite, did you watch TUF: The Smashes? UK vs. Australia)? My main point here is when the UFC is cutting guys like Jon FItch and Yushin Okami, they have no business bringing in shit boxes who have no place there in the first place. The new seasons seem to be just guys who are doomed to be average at best. Look at Brookins, Chiesa, Smith - these guys are not going anywhere. They just exist, and take up a roster spot. Sure, they are likeable, I really like Brookins and CHiesa, but they are in no way future UFC champions. So by Dana Logic, they should not be fighting in the UFC. The TUF women this season should be, the men, who cares. TUF men should be done. Scrap the Edgar vs. Penn season. There is no longer a need for TUF recruiting. There is no one left to discover that route, and hasn;t been for years. Sure, the show is fun, but its pointless. AND STOP CUTTING REAL UFC TALENT FOR SHMUCKS LIKE COLTON SMITH. Fuck.

I did watch the smashes and i didn't see anything out the ordinary. Just ordinary fighters that had a bit of exposure. But Dana knows it brings in money. More money than he offers the winner of the show. So he knows he's on a win win situation. But i agree with you about the TUF's. They need to spice them up somehow. Just be up front with the fighters and tell them. "If you want a contract. It either better be entertaining fights, ie (Forrest vs Bonnar 1). KO's, or at least something that fans want to see". I really thought Urijah Hall was gonna make a big impact when they brought him in after seeing him in the house. But Damn!!! I was wrong on that one.

I really liked COlin Fletcher from The Smashes, and was sad when he didn't pan out. And yeah, same thing with Hall. The guy had legit fights on his record (having fought Philipou and Weidman outside of the UFC), looked amazing on the show, but just has too much mental game to work out. And now they are putting him against Chris Leben....I guess they figure "you can't POSSIBLY have a boring fight here, can you?" hahaha, we will see.
But yeah, the whole "no room on our roster for Fitch and Okami - we are full" while they keep churning out TUFs makes me mad. Sure, its a business, but I don't watch you because you are a business. I watch you because you are a fucking sport. ACT LIKE A DAMNED SPORT. "Sorry Sidney Crosby, you only scored 2 goals tonight, you are going to the AHL now," Come on now...

I totally don't get why Uriah Hall just can't get his shit figured out, it's really too bad, I hope he turns it around sooner than later, but I'm starting to wonder if he just can't hang with the middleweights.

That last episode felt painfully average. Not a bad episode just...nothing "wow" happened and there were no bitch fights. Until the end of the episode, of course. Har har harr....yeah, I know, I am lame.
