it did indeed. Here's the thing @kadri43, I sincerely doubt anyone with any real passing knowledge of the situation thinks Israel is the 'good guy' and Palestine is the 'bad guy', but the reality is that part of the world has been inhabited for many many centuries and has been passed back and forth and killed for all of those centuries. Two major world religions believe it is holy and neither one of them has any intention of being reasonable about sharing. Palestine's situation is tragic and unfair- but hating Jews won't solve it.

Lol but me hating Jews isn't making it a anymore of a problem than it already is. Look at it from my perspective. I have family that live there and they are stuck in the middle of war because of the stupid Jews wanting to keep Palestine as Haifa, Israel. The Jews are causing so many problems. All they have to do is give Palestinians their country back but the Jews are selfish (typical) and want everything for themselves. The Israeli people are a disgrace to the peace of the world. Look at all of the wars in the Middle East. Israel is in every single one. They want everything. The Jews are selfish people. One thing that pisses me off the most though is how people think that I'm Jewish because I have a big nose and my last name is Joubran (individual of the Jewish faith-bran). I will never want to be apart of that culture.

Did I say it was okay to hate Germans? Hating a whole RACE of human beings - people just like yourself, with families, children, hopes, dreams, etc. is just stupid. It is the definition of ignorance. If you wish to live an ignorant life, I suppose there is no trying to help you. I just assumed you wouldn't want to be considered on the same level as a Klansman is all. Bingo ! Bango! Boom! #tigerblood #rinning #nuffsaid #dontbeahater #hatingsbad #itsgoingdown!imyellongtimber!!! #okayimdone

Ho. Ly. Fuck.
The things I would love to say, but I'm not going to, and here's why:
1. I believe in free speech. 2. I already wrote a big rant about how your perspective on things will change with maturity and age. 3. You're uneducated.
Anything you might have to say against that will further prove that you're young and uneducated. If adults around you hold similar feelings, they may have those emotions due to life experiences that stem beyond your short time on Earth. History is vital to understanding the world.
It's like being brought up as a Leafs fan. One day you might realize you actually like another team, or you might learn enough about the team to form your own opinion.
I will not fault you for your views, you have a right to have those views.
But I do fault people for violence, and hatred is a form of violence.

Lets put it this way. My mom was born in raised in Palestine until the Israeli Jews came into Palestine and took it over. My mom came to Canada to get away from all of that shit. Her whole family is still stuck in that shitty country because they couldn't get out in time. The Jews are forcing a part of my family to stay in Israel. That's why I hate Israeli Jews. I can only see my family there for 2 weeks every 3-4 years. That doesn't affect me to much but it destroys my mom when we have to leave. She grew up there until she was 22 and now she is living in Canada with her family still in Israel. I have no heart for Jewish people whatsoever.

That is a terrible story. But your generalization is suggesting that every Israeli person who follows Judaism WANTS your mother to be apart from her family, and that's just not true. Every country lives and operates based on its own history for what it feels works. To the Western world, a lot of these things are incredibly strange, but that's because we live in the free world.
Instead of hating on a group of individuals (which is incredibly discriminatory) you should be happy and thankful that your mother did something drastic to remove her children from being forced to live under that government's rule and laws.
As much as your story is saddening, if you lived there your entire life, it would not be thought of as an abnormal thing. It would be the environment you were raised and taught under, and would be accepted.
Your opinion of your homeland is actually derived from your mother's courage to leave, and the education of living with freedom in the Western world. So, in a weird way, you actually taught yourself to discriminate over an entire population because your mother gave you a chance to live in a country with far less restrictions.
I wish your family luck and well being in Israel and Palestine.

You're not understanding what I am saying. My mom didn't leave for me and bro to live in Canada. She left because of all the shit that is happening there. She didn't want to be under an Israeli government. The only way for you to get out of Israel is if you get married to somebody in a different country. My mom got married to my dad (who is Canadian)and moved to Canada. My mom told me a story of when they had their wedding in Israel (they had one in Canada already but they wanted my mom's family to see her wedding) all of my mom's friends were begging my dad to marry them because they wanted to leave Israel. Israel is a shitty country and they only think of themselves. We don't have any products from Israel here because the Israeli people are greedy. You have never been there before so you don't know what the country looks like. There is war everywhere. My entire family (in Canada) went to Israel about 5 years ago (we also went last Christmas) and we were going to go for a month. War broke out, again, so we had to leave. We were there for 3 days, instead of a month. If you are saying that the Israeli people are good then they could have overrun their government by now but they don't want to because they like owning Palestine. I hate Israel with all my heart and nobody can sway my opinion. I have seen what happens their personally. My cousin's room is a bomb shelter to protect them from and bombs. My grandfather was almost killed when his store was hit by a bomb. All the Israelis have to do is give the Palestinians their country back and this will all be over but no Israelis are greedy fucking people and want everything for themselves. Soon enough the Middle East isn't even gonna be called the Middle East anymore, it will be called Israel.

I'll use a bunch of logic you used here, Bulldozers.
1) Just as Mike has never been to Israel so he doesn't know the country, you have not met every Israeli individual of the Jewish faith, so you do not know if you hate them all (yet, you do).
2) You say he does not understand what you are saying because he is talking about a large group of people as people. You do not understand what he is saying because you are extrapolating an experience you heard about from a biased first person to represent the whole of a country.
3) YOu also do not understand that what Mike and others are saying is that hate breeds hate. Sure, you feel wronged (despite nothing having been done to you personally), and that's fine. That is your choice. But, understand, to hate a whole race of people is, by definition, racism. It is no different than Hitler, The Klan, Al Qaeda. It is no different a form of blind discrimination than the Westboro Baptist Church, and we all know how popular they are.
I am hopeful this is something you will grow to understand when you are older, rather than continuing to feed a cycle of hate. When you hate, you are allowing people to control you. If you really wanna "stick it to them Jews", all you have to do is relieve yourself of the hate. When you allow someone to control your emotions, you allow them to control you. You do not live in Israeli-occupied Palestine, so you do not need to live under their control. Free yourself.

I still think your mom is a brave person for leaving that country and allowing her future to be in a place that she feels is more safe. That is courage, and whether you were born yet (I gather not) you were a consideration of that decision for her to leave.
That said, you're angry at people having a country and not wanting to allow themselves to be sanctioned by another? That would be like United States fighting to get Canada, and god damn us Canadians for wanting to keep our home country. I was born here, I don't want to be American.
I think with age, you'll better understand the politics of the world. There is always two sides of every story, but you're hating on a group of people because of what a government did and has been doing for hundreds of years. It's a battleground over religion and land, and that can't be summed up in a quick explanation. It can't be understood in a quick explanation. And it can't be specialized knowledge just because you've been somewhere. Education is incredibly important. And allowing an emotional tie to something dictate your life, your thought process, opinions, emotions, decisions, etc. is actually quite hurtful to yourself.
You're a smart kid. Instead of putting energy into just hating something, take that energy and put it toward something else. Toward trying to understand the opposite side to see if you can sympathize with it. It will really improve your own foresight, and maybe you can relate to what they feel as well.
But chalking it all up to "I hate this interest group" is just wrong.

Ya that doesn't affect me physically but that still affects me mentally. So there have been stuff done to me. You have no idea what me and my family have gone through so excuse me for not caring what you guys are telling me. You will not be able to understand what I am saying until you go through what me and my family have gone through.

As I said, do what you want. You will either grow out of this childishness, or turn into a bitter, hate-filled racist. Hating a race of people for what was done by a group of politicians is your folly to make, kiddo. I just hope for your sake and those around you, it's just a phase you grow out of, and you can learn to be the better man.

FINAL.PERIOD. whatever word you want to use there.
You're so ignorant it's embarrassing.
