Was it Mr. Dressup or Sesame Street? I feel like if it was Sesame Street I would have remembered it. I totally missed the reference, to be honest. Love both shows though.

looking further online indicates that MAYBE it was Fred Penner... ack, I can picture this damn bird, and I know there was a song, and a guy who sang it...

looking further online indicates that MAYBE it was Fred Penner... ack, I can picture this damn bird, and I know there was a song, and a guy who sang it... It was a woman who sang it actually lol which leads me to believe it was Sesame Street not Dressup or Penner.

Ok so here's my research: saskatchewans.livejournal.com/309591.html which says: yes that was from mr.dressup. it was one of the costumes or marionette styled puppets. (spelling i know..) but then on another site people think Fred Penner. I will ask friends and relatives and report back, cause now thanks to @phoenix I need to know.
