Belts should be won, not given. (Right Ronda & Dana...) I agree... that's why you should give most of yours back. lol

I don't remember this correctly but didn't Sandmen or Rocketmen basically give PHX Lesnar for free because he was complaining his team sucked and they felt bad for him ?

I don't remember this correctly but didn't Sandmen or Rocketmen basically give PHX Lesnar for free because he was complaining his team sucked and they felt bad for him ? This'll open some floodgates, but here's the story. 1) Rocketmen had Brock. He said he was willing to trade him to PHX because PHX said he was basically his favourite fighter. 2) They talked on Skype while PHX was arguing with me about something. Rocketmen was trying to get PHX to focus on the deal, PHX kept ignoring him to fight with me or talk about something else. 3) Rocketmen Skype-messages me and says, "Dude, fuck it, I am fucking done trying to negotiate with this guy, he is wasting my time. I'll just fucking keep Brock. Christ" 4) I say "Just give Brock to me, I'll deal with PHX." He said okay, we made the trade. (3 points and a draft pick for Brock) 5) I go back to PHX, and say, "I have Brock now. I would be very happy keeping Brock. But if you REALLY want him, I will trade him to you." After much yelling and screaming about how he was going to get a deal done with Rocketmen (I know Rocketmen, that was 100% off the table at that point), PHX agreed to this deal with me. 6) Even to this day he is upset I charged him the "extra" point, but at the time I honestly felt that was the going rate for Brock (as well as how much I valued him). Brock has proven his value to be beyond that, so it was a fine deal. Moral: It was not a charity deal in terms of value, though open market Brock probably could have got more than 4 points and a pick, but it was charity in the sense that I liked Brock and would have been happy keeping him on my team. In other words, it was like staff-charity - were it someone elses sim site, and if that offer was in my inbox, I would have said no and kept Brock. I did, however, acquire him Tito Ortiz basically for free, because he said his team sucked and he could not get a deal done with Ferocity.

as I read all this, it's the perfect kind of raining out my window and there's this awesome breeze coming in, and I wish everyone could enjoy the peace of it.

You got ripped off man . I would have charged 6 points , 1st and second draft pick . With a conditional extra 2 points if Lesnar wins the heavyweight title once in the next 6 seasons. Man..... I would have gotten in on it if I knew he was being shopped for that low lol

Yeah, there are many times I regret doing what seem like favours at the time for...some members. That's for sure.
