You can't have a "Grand Prix spot" on the line directly. Your best bet is to challenge someone in the bottom 2-3 spots, and hope you get enough wins to bump them and push you.

That said, I have already built about 20-40% of the fights for the rest of the season, so the fights would need to make sense as well. Like, it's pretty much a sure-no that if you try to use someone with 5 fights this season, the challenge won't be happening.
