You might have had some bad experiences in the past, but things aren't like that now. I've seen the messages between Austin and Justin and he actually cares what Austin has to say and does most of his suggestions, so sorry to say but I think the times have changed No, nothing's really changed Joke... That's just it. Look at the Anderson Silva BS for the GP, just for example. Justin hasn't changed a single lick. The only thing that's changed, is that he now has staff that won't question or challenge him on anything does, good or bad. That's nice for him, it's actually a pretty dangerous thing if you think about it though. Nope, I've definitely challenged him on a few things, and then he either explains why it's happening to me better, or he changes what he's doing a little. It just so happens I understand what's happening more often than not. |

Ok, you had the font color once. Cool. You know what a color means? It means you're actually a large key in keeping the site going. The site needs two things to work. 1) Members to upgrade fighters and be active. 2) People that volunteer time to make it run smooth. That color isn't just a color. It's because The Rocketmen, The Sandmen, and I do a lot for the site. Yeah, you've donated to me and my friends, and I appreciate that, but just cuz you've done a few nice things doesn't give you the right to be a total douchebag to everyone. That'd be like Santa Clause shitting on people's carpet, but that's ok, right? Because he just brought a bunch of gifts! You've been here longer than me, and you've done stuff for the site, but I've put more work and passion into this site in the year and a half that I've been here, than you have in the six years it has been running. Yeah keep telling yourself that Snakes... It's what I told myself too when I was in the exact position you are now, in fact better position cuz I was supposed to be co-admin, not long after I got here too. The color is just a color unless it's pink on any of Justin's sites. He does it to make you feel important and that you matter, but at the end of the day, you don't matter to him at all cuz he'll always do what he wants or he'll find someone that will. If you have a suggestion, he won't take it at face value. He'll change it completely, then turn it into his own idea so it's not even your idea at all anymore, but he'll still give credit for it, even though it's not even close to what you suggested.  If you have a disagreement on something, he'll either "veto" you, or ban you til he gets what he wants done, if you don't give into him; even though he'll still swear up and down that you're supposed to be equals once he "allows" you back on the site. So no... Your cute little yellow name doesn't mean a damn thing. I know this from experience. ? |
