Unrelated question. If you oppose "Spirit of the law vs. letter of the law" here, how do you feel about it in the real world? Like, do you feel like the spirit of the law in real life should be ignored 100% of the time, because someone wrote something slightly different in the actual, written law?

Like, do you feel like the spirit of the law in real life should be ignored 100% of the time, because someone wrote something slightly different in the actual, written law? No, Justin... as I've said to you many times before, I don't oppose the "spirit of the law vs. letter of the law", but what I do oppose is your blatant abuse of it on this site as it pertains to yourself, whereby the only time you'll recognize "the spirit of the law" is when you want to do something to circumvent one of your own rules or decrees, yet when someone else does the same, you'll generally only recognize the "letter of the law", as if you feel you're the only person on this site that's above cheating. That's what I'm opposed to, and always have been. We've had this discussion numerous times before... The rules should be the same for everyone, including administration and staff, and not just changed carte blanche for yourself just because you feel like it. That's where I've always had a problem with it as it pertains to you dude. You know this... This isn't exactly news. To me, it shows lack of integrity... You may not care about that, but that's what I see when you do stuff like this.

Are you implying everyone has a split personality so they're all just two of us?

Okay, Ian, then consider this:
The RULE is no one can change their picks once they know who they are competing against in the GP. But the second Zenith concluded, I knew who I was competing against. But that is also the exact time I learned Anderson won the SF title. So how, then, is it fair that I would be unable to change my GP list, when you, yourself, were able to change your list after that time to include Tim Sylvia, and different back up fighters? In fact, after Zenith concluded, 3 teams OTHER than yourself sent in or updated their lists.
You are therefore suggesting I should have LESS options, and be at a disadvantage compared to every other member of the site, just because I have to do all the work for everyone as well?

You are therefore suggesting I should have LESS options, and be at a disadvantage compared to every other member o the site, just because I have to do all the work for everyone as well? Why are you getting pissed off about this? You asked... lol 1) You knew Silva was facing Velasquez for the SF title @ Zenith since cards are posted in advance of simming. Correct? 2) You also knew there was actually a good chance of Anderson being able to beat Cain for said title being Anderson's been HW champion on this site before. Correct? 3) You make the cards, and you even said to Cannon when you asked if you could make the switch that you had been flip-flopping and debating of whether to put Anderson in or not when you were posting the card. but not using anderson might cost you the grand prix I KNOW, haha. I went back and forth on that, but in the end, I think I have something really neat planned for him (and ManMMA) next season that is actually worth giving up the GP for. It was not an easy decision, which is why it took me this long to actually make the call. So, no... I'm not suggesting you should have less options at all. You had the option... you said so yourself... and chose to put Anderson in anyways, then decided after you posted the card that you didn't want to do put him in. How is that putting you at a disadvantage exactly? And as I've said all along, I'm not fighting for or against it. If you wanna toss Nog in there against Sylvia instead of Anderson, have at'er... Which you have. It still doesn't make it any more right from a principle standpoint bro. I'm sorry, it just doesn't.
