i did not click to be honest, i just read and reacted and then opted not to watch a video about heroin.

I also did not watch it, but odds are its about a clinic giving heroin accidents reduced, safe amounts of heroin to help lower their dependency over time. Whether this is what is happening in this case or not, I have seen docs about that type of thing and people like to just get upset and say "OMG THEY ARE GIVING PEOPLE HEROIN!"

well thier a clinic in vancouver that has 130 patients that cost $27,000 per patient a year to get basically legal heroin .. soo legal heroin for the win.. appearntly 2 people a day die from street herine there a day.. and addicts from downtown are following and askinng the director of operations to get in but he cant help anymore people..
