camp cannon would like to take xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club too manmma small claims over the fact it took a year tooo recieve the 4 points owed to camp cannon instead of taking a loan out from the league directly 11 or 2 points should do i also encorage everyone to sign thier name here acting as a class action suit.. |

The points were a fine (punishment) for one member (Phoenix). Their distribution to other members was a bonus for those members (everyone else on the site - instead of the fine going to the league or whatever). The bonus, as such, had no due date or time. The fine was to be paid in full, once acquired in full. Therefore everything happened on the exact timeline that it was supposed to, nothing was overdue, and no loan was needed (also, loans include interest, so PHX would be out even more points, which would be unnecessary and unfair and meaningless given everything listed above with the fine having no due date or no required recieve date by members to begin with)

I suspect Cannon has had a notepad beside his computer for the past 7 years, and updates it with any small piece of personal, real life information he gets about a member so he can use it against them any time or place in perpetuity.

At least he deserves and could/would use them. 👍 And still fulfills my fine, as far as I'm concerned. I'd just like it reflected on my points list that the 2pts was revoked from Cramp Cannon and then donated to the Sons. |
