I have never heard of this place. To be honest though, just having degrees/certifications/diplomas is enough, you don't need to have a specific name attached to it, it's a matter, a lot of times, of who you know, networking, and your own effort. Primarily the first two.
But a great way of getting the job you want is to look for job ads for that job, and then looking at the requirements for it and working backwards.

I have a job, one that I can climb the ladder in which is why I don't want to go back to school and leavie it. But getting my MBA will help me climb the ladder a lot faster and most workers that are entering the work force with an MBA have a salary around 90k which is a lot closer to how much I want to make compared to what I am currently making.

I also never heard of them until I was looking for an online MBA program and they were the first name to pop up, plus they're recognized worldwide.

Try looking up like the name of the school and review or the name of the school and reddit, etc. Or flat out go to someone in your workplace and ask them what they think of them. It's good to show you want to better yourself and I totally respect you having the drive and ambition to pursue it while working. That's a tough road, but if you're determined, you can accomplish it.

Again, my take on education is that it's still education, it's still a legit certificate or diploma (as long as you verify that it is, you know? Just make sure they are an actual accredited institution). And then after that it doesn't matter WHERE you got it from, it's that you have it.

Agreed and it'll probably be hard but I'd do it with one of my buddies that I graduated from school with so we're at least on the same page and can help eachother.

You typically need a Business undergrad Degree to get an MBA and you likely need to be in a certain percentile. Unless you really want to do something that requires an MBA, that would be a lot more schooling, but maybe some of your credits from Humber would transfer, I'm not sure. A lot of top financial institutions won't even hire you if you're not from the right group of schools, but that's high-end investing levels. I guess it really depends what you want to do, but I don't think an online MBA would be worthwhile, you'd be better off with management experience on your resume with quantitative data showing how you helped improve the company (ex. once I implemented this, this went up by this much or we reduced costs by this etc etc.) That would be my suggestion.
