The wording of the conditions has changed, and is less problematic now.
I reject(ed) xx - Team GAP having outright reject/veto power over a trade that does not involve him. We have had members use these stipulations to bully other members in the past (I think Grapplemuch tried to trade someone on the condition they never be traded to Kruze or something like that).
If xx - Team GAP can adequately outline and articulate what he considers to be the ways in which he has the right to match or top an offer, then I will consider accepting this. But since it's entirely possible I will have to mediate this part of the trade, if I am going to have to be a judge as to whether the stipulation was met, I need to have a clear understanding of both teams' interpretation of that stipulation to accept it.
Further, it would make things easier if you would agree on ONE ManMMA season, not 3. 3 is too close to 2 years, as discussed, and that sort of long-term commitment is not something I am interested in having hang over our heads.
