Yet we still get no actual bonus for the fighters for them. It's interesting to see, but you'd think these fighters would get a little more than just the "notariety" for it. Just my opinion.

You'd think so, but nope. We discussed that before. Since I have to pick the winners sometimes, I am not accepting the responsibility for giving points for fight night bonuses to fighters when I myself have a team. Conflict of interest.

I still don't agree with that... the FotN's and stuff are usually pretty cut and dried, and you've said that you only step in if the simulator makes a stupid choice lol

You don;t need to agree with it. I am not comfortable doing it, so I won't be doing it.
The simulator always chooses the longest fight for fight of the night, and the Sub and KO seem random. Sometimes we could have a card with 6 submissions and it won't award ANY submission of the night. The simulator does make flat-out stupid decisions sometimes, and might make perfect decisions other times. But in other cases, it has a noticeable pattern to its bonuses that makes no sense. That is still far more Justin-verdicts than I want, when points are involved. Looking at anywhere between 40-50% of the time I would need to step in. And if something was close, and one of my fighters was involved, I would be put in that conflict of interest spot I mentioned before.
Without any points, I can just sit, enjoy the fights, and if the simulator is wrong, I can correct it. I don't have to sit there second guessing myself making sure I am being fair and objective and all that shit.

I still think that we need to devise some sort of system for these fighters to get points or some sort of actual bonus for these. Even if it's a year end thing where the fighter with the most bonuses or the most in each category gets a point. They shouldn't get nothing for their good work IMO.

I said before, I totally agree with this. In theory. But since I have to pick, it just opens the door for everyone to start tossing "rigged" around every time one of my guys gets a bonus. And at least one member of my team I acquired solely because he is a bonus machine.

Well honestly, Anderson aside; who's fucking nuts to begin with (And the fact you got him for peanuts ), it's still think it's a worthy project to atleast try and find some sort of way to do this. I mean, we all know by now that Anderson is, for all intents and purposes, the best fighter in ManMMA right now. It's just a fact. However, he doesn't ALWAYS get the bonus every time he fights either.

I'm not talking about Anderson, I'm talking about Aoki.
