Any last thoughts from GrappleMuch, Knockouts, Rebels, Underdogs, or Ramrod?

Yes, but only if said fighters are like posted to show they are nearing removal so the team has to either commit to upgrading them or selling for a point. Not quite following what you mean here... Clarify?

Meaning you get warning that said fighters are on 5-6 fight losing streaks before they are cut, so fighters in danger of being cut are not done so without warning.

Yah, but is it just based on the losing streak? ...or are they safe if they've been upgraded already?

No, its DURING that losing streak. So if you upgrade Bob Jones, and then he loses 6 fights AFTER that upgrade and you do nothing to stop his skid, he would be cut.
It's like a fighter in real life losing and instead of going to the gym ever, he goes to McDonalds. Eventually people will just stop paying him to fight.
If I start this, it would start next season, and any losing streaks that could be cut-related could start then, regardless of what fighters went into that season with. So if a guy was on a 4 fight losing streak going into next season, lost a fight, he would be at a 1 fight losing streak as far as the being cut thing was concerned, not a 5 fight losing skid.

Yes, but what if you continue to upgrade and the fighter continues losing (ie. Kedzie before.), but the fight team's not giving up on that fighter... then what do you do? Cuz if the fighter just get dropped for a point automatically, even if upgrades are given with no results, the onus is on the GM to cut their own fighters if need be. But if that is how it is, then I'd have to retract my endorsement of this. No one drops fighters from my team but me. Simple.

No, as long as they are upgraded (thus putting effort into their team and NOT neglecting them) the fighter is safe. It's bout cutting the guys who are legitimately neglected, my own included. All of your "fighters" would be safe, as you do not neglect anyone.

The way the new rule reads, to me anyways, is that the fighter is still in danger of being cut, if they keep losing, regardless of any upgrades or lack of neglect, which is wrong.

To clarify more: If a guy is on a 3 fight losing streak. And you put 1 point into him. He will be safe for 5 more losses before being cut. His "jeopardy losing streak" - the one that means he might get cut - starts back at 0.
