KEep in mind you need a certain agility to reach it. I'll post here what the demands are:
Alright, so fighters have a few things that can happen to them.
1. Fancy Kicks 2. Fancy Strikes 3. Fancy Subs
Right now, every fighter is set to never. It's a standard fight and you won't see spinning back fists, Americana's and spinning heel kicks.
There are three stages to each method:
1. Never 2. Sometimes 3. Always
ML Fighters can now purchase at a cost of 5 ML XP Points the ability to upgrade any of these categories.
Now, to be fair, you must know the following:
1. Your fighter will gain an additional ability to randomly be able to perform higher stunts in the fight. This is essentially an effective training upgrade for that one specific fighter you applied the 5 XP points to in order to gain the Fancy Upgrade.
2. The Fancy Upgrade provides NO improved stat for the fighter performance, but it does allow that fighter to become less predictable against his opponents and utilize a higher standard of skill within the fight.
I tell you those two things because you need to understand what you're actually doing to your fighter. For instance, if your fighter is stacked like Anderson Silva, then right now he's Anderson Silva without any cool Silva-esque attacks. Upgrading these categories takes your Anderson Silva build and gives him the ability to perform those higher performance attacks.
Fancy strikes are spinning back punches, spinning back kicks and so on. A fighter must have to have at least 14 in punches if he wants to perform a fancy strike, or 14 in kicks if he want to perform fancy kicks. He needs agility 13 in both cases too. Fancy strikes are gogoplatas, flying armbars and so on. A fighter must have to have at least 14 in submission if he wants to perform a fancy submission. He needs agility 14 in both cases too.

oops.. forgot about needing agility 14... Sumner will then upgrade +5 Strength instead since he doesn't meet requirements for fancy subs.
