You're right. A draft pick is worth 2 points and a pick. So 3 points. So a body is worth between 2 and 3 points. Here, Rocketmen is paying 2 points. Good deal. And why are we talking about Herman? That was old trade talks with you. That deal did not come to pass, so it could not be more irrelevant. This deal did, and this deal is fair. Moral: The trade is fair. Anything else matter? No. It's a good deal. It's relevant to the point that you've done this before and it's just been deemed OK because YOU think it's fair but no one really looks at the mechanics of it. Not that someone would, but would you reject a trade that saw someone selling GSP for 2 points? I believe you would, but by the logic you're presenting here, it would be a perfectly acceptable and fair trade because fighters are only worth 2 points. Do you see what I'm getting at?

Not that someone would, but Therefore moot. Can we move on now? There have been half a dozen of these trades before, there will be a dozen more, and this is just wasting everyone's time. It's a perfectly fair trade.

Do we also reject trades with spelling errors?

It's a perfectly fair trade. It doesn't make them fair or right dude... And it doesn't render my point moot either because GSP being a "game changer" as you say, and is probably worth upscale of 5 points instead of the normal t2, then Nelson falls on the complete other end of the spectrum. So being that's the case, in my mind, that would put him under the 2 points because he's proven that he's not up to snuff at all so far and below average. You can't really have one without the other...

Phoenix...how much is it if I want to buy Roxanne Modefferi (0-1) right now? It's 2 points. Her record is irrelevant. Same with Nelson.
Time to move on. (seriously members are complaining about all this fighting over nonsense).

This isn't complaining. This is a debate.
Now, I feel your point is moot because that fighter (Modefferi) is not in the league right now.
What I'm seeing right now it that we're speaking the same language but we're on opposite ends of the spectrum in what we think is fair.
You think all "bodies" should be worth 2 points because that's what it costs to buy them from free agency. And to a point, I agree with that... BUT being that fighters are only worth 1 point to sell off you roster, fighters in the position Nelson is in right now should only be worth 1 point because they are in the league and not on the FA list.
It's the same principle as when you devalued Herman to 1 point with your offer to me, that I refused. If there are "game changers" that are worth more than the 2 points, then transversely, would there not be fighters that aren't worth the full 2 points? Or are we just going to say that all "bodies" (not game changers) are worth 2 and that's it? It's a fair question.

I did not ever once say all bodies should be worth 2 points. I said the established value of a body is 2 points. You are saying it is less, I am saying it is exactly 2 points. Everything about what is worth more is 100% irrelevant.
If this is such a scam, you should have been picketing the Jim Miller for 4 points trade. But you weren't. So as far as I, and everyone else here is concerned...the precedent is set, the trade is beyond fair, and this conversation is just a waste of everyone's time. We had it before, but I am not having it every time a trade is posted.
Trade is fine. Approved, processed, finalized. Done and done.

Everything about what is worth more is 100% irrelevant. It's actually not when you consider the "game breakers" as oppose to the "dung pile" dude. And you're not going to sway me on that one. You're right about the Jim Miller deal... except for the fact that I was a newb at that point and didn't know better of the interworkings of ManMMA. That trade should have been rejected. lol But we can fix things now... other than you doing the "Trade is fine. Approved, processed, finalized. Done and done." and shuffling it off. You just have to be willing to actually discuss it and not carry on like there's nothing to discuss.
