I feel like there's a joke to be made there, followed by GAP going "NO YOU!" As is standard around here.
Jesus Camp was quite the fucked. Started Room 207 but got bored really god damn fast.

Haha. Love Jesus Camp. Man, I've seen so many scary movies about religion. The big ones are all usually about the Westboro Baptist Church. Though Jesus Camp is not, so it's somewhat more frightening.

room 207 was actually pretty good but it was very dry and boring.
Please remove your shoes was interesting but really it just says airline security is crap. (now i saved you 2 hours of your life)
When we left earth: The NASA missions was good. it was really interesting to see videos of the real nasa missions.. see what neat stuff happened. (most stuff i already knew but a few facts were neat to know)
Jedi Junkies was also horrible.

I do want to stress folks to see the Vice series on HBO, they are crazy. Also, I am looking forward to this year's 24/7 with the Leafs and Red Wings.

I liked Jesus Camp as much as anyone can like it, you know, like with fear. FanBoys was pretty good too- I learned all about larping and a whole new world was opened to me. Not one that i'd participate in, but still...

Documentaries are for people who enjoy seeing reality TV without the written character drama. Michael Moore documentaries are made for old ladies with nothing better to do with their time. So, how long have you been a woman?

Documentaries are also for people that like to learn something or hear more about a topic they like or find interesting.

Yeah, heads out of asses here people. Documentaries are not only good (especially now that they are being made a little bit more approachable for the average viewer), but they are just aweso me in general. They can be as thrilling, or captivating, or funny, or exciting as absolutely any fiction film i have seen. Watch some non-Michael Moore films, like many of the ones suggested in this thread, and you will see. SOO MANY GOOD DOCS. Love them!
I also try to watch a Nova episode every few days too. Mini-documentaries. They are cool, and short. So much to learn about in this world, man. Too short to waste time hating on documentaries of all damn things.
