Cain Velasquez will be returned to The Rocketmen, and xx - Former Team 3lite's points will be delete. The remaining parts of xx - Former Team 3lite's team will be put up for auction once xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club returns from vacation, giving everyone a fair shot at the new auctions. The new team points, fine... but, in the interest of fairness, the points earned for the GP win should be deferred to xx - Camp Cannon for making the finals and being the runner-up; if there's no objection from anyone, that is.

Not bad in theory, but like...Team 3lite beat other teams too, who probably could have beat Cannon's team but just happened to not be paired up with him type deal, know what I mean? So rewarding Cannon for losing the GP and not others for losing to 3lite in earlier rounds kind of doesn't seem overly fair. Just deleting them is still the cleanest fairest way to go about things. Team 3lite still won the GP, and thus the GP points. Cannon did not, and was not the only person to lose to Team 3lite.

Cannon proved he was the next best team in the league by making it to the finals. It's perfectly fair that he receives those points for that accomplishment. Again, this comes down to points already in the system and earned (GP win) as opposed to points that were given out freely (New team points); these were earned points, not given points... they should be distributed accordingly, not disappear into limbo. That's just lame.

Exactly. They were earned not by Cannon, but by elite. I had privately advised Cannon to upgrade his fighters if he wanted to WIN the Grand Prix. He did not, so he lost. Giving him 2 points now, after he chose not to try to win the Grand Prix would essentially be a slap in the face to everyone who did try to win the Grand Prix.
Furthermore, the 2 points are for winning the Grand Prix. Cannon did not win the Grand Prix. 3lite did. They were not earned by Cannon, so should not be handed to him for free. We've compromised on points before in the past, but with this auction now ready to launch, and with having lost 4 sim days due to lack of internet, I'm not interested in tying this matter up any longer. We're just deleting them this time and moving forward, rather than wasting time looking back.

You just get off on disagreeing with every idea I put forth, don't you? That's unfortunately on you, not me. We'll be continuing to debate this... even though we really shouldn't be considering the points are my department.
Cuz this is really bullshit being staff and you overrule every fucking decision I try to make for the betterment of the league or to do the right thing for another member. Shape up dude and start working with me and not against me all the time. This is a big reason why I get so pissed off. If we're partners, start acting like it Sandman... seriously, start acting like it.
In any event, Cannon should be getting the points for the GP and the drafted points should be up for auction. The other alternative is you put all 4 points up for auction as a package for 1 fighter or all 6 of 3lite's points separated into 3 point packages for 1 fighter and give everyone equal opportunity at them in the auction. Points are important for everyone in the league and if they already exist in the system, they should be distributed not deleted. We do have a great many fighters in this league that could benefit greatly from those points. Deleting them is stupid.
