Correct, it is not. Because Ferocity objected to the rematch, thus it doesn't take place, as per the offer. Resolved, remember? Whether you think you are staff or not, you do not rewrite rules to suit your needs on various whims and shit on the opinions of the members of the site you are administrating. Being a staff member means you serve them and their needs. Not you serve them a plate of shit and expect them to eat it to make you happy.
And there's the truth right there. Finally. You've rewritten rules quite frequently to suit yourself before I came on board as "staff" (and I use that term loosely because it's apparent that it's never been truth that I was, ever.). You figure that you're above board and whatever you decide is what's best for the site and have expected me to eat a big plate of shit since I arrived here, but that's perfectly acceptable. Yet I actually make a decision that actually is for the betterment of the site, regardless of what it looks like, that is the core of the change. GAP & UnderDogs understand it cuz they're not focused on the rematch itself, they see the reasoning behind it and why the rule is changing and they accept that it'd effective immediately. It's everyone else believing that I'm doing this just because my fighter lost and to only serve my own purposes, is dead wrong. I've explained why it needs to be done and gave valid reasoning for it, even using the example of the "infinite rounds rule" to accent it even further, but all anyone can focus on is that it was my fighter. And I agree, it's unfortunate that it was my fighter that it happened to; I'd much have preferred that it wasn't either, but that's not where we're at right now. As a staff member, yes you do serve the members and their needs, but also as a staff member, we are members too. I saw something that was wrong with the current way we do things and I fixed it. End of story.
