Sandmen although I don't disbelieve that kruze would bump into something while drunk and get yelled at by his mom... the point is you did not see what the loud crash was so you cannot say for certain that it was a wall.. unless someone said why did you spear that wall.. which i'm asuming was never said. so no more assumtions can be made.

We said, "Spear the wall", he said "I'll spear the fuckin wall when i wanna spear the fuckin wall. You want me to spear the fuckin wall? You fuckin....I'll yeah, you'd like...yeah...spear the fuckin wall. Fine, fuckin spear..." Then the crash. He also had his webcam on, so we caught a small portion of it.
SOOOOO is there enough to convict him in COURT, probably not. But there is certainly enough circumstantial evidence to have the case brought to trial. And you know the guy - balance of probability is he did spear the wall.

If I had speared a wall in this place, there'd have been a drywall job to do on top of the painting I've already done in this place. I've only ever filled picture holes to paint in here. So, again, and outright lie Sandman... Try something else.
