The documentaries in this series are REALLY good. I think I have watched like, 10 of them. They are on US Netflix. I have watched docs about:
- The Gretzky Trade - Ben Johnson and the steroids scandal - the Steve Bartman incident from the 2003 MLB playoffs - Marion Jones and her jail time/steroid scandal - Tonya Harding and the Nancy Kerrigan incident - Transgender tennis player Renee Richards - the weird day in 1994 where everything on earth happened, including the OJ Simpson car chase - the LA Raiders and rap culture in the early 90s. - the real story of the man Rocky was inspired by
All so good.

I read a Nic Cage explanation (he's been bankrupt on more than one occasion) and it's fascinating.

The Bartman one is probably my favourite one so far. Absolutely fascinating case study of scapegoating and social psychology. Terrifying, really.

Sweet. Many of those are on my queue. Love documentaries, especially good ones Tonight, I add 2 more to this list: - 4 Days in October, about the unprecedented Red Sox 0-3 comeback vs. the Yankees - Muhammad and Larry, about a fight Ali should not have accepted, 3 years after his retirement, where he got destroyed - directed in part by the Maysles. Beauty.

OOO, I agree, that was also a good one. I like stuff like that too cause they are like, mainstream enough to exist places, like Hock Shops, but not popular enough for them to know they have a gem. I got that flick for $1 at a Hock Shop. #RINNING

Haven't seen Man on Wire yet, but I have heard nothing but good things.
Dear Zachary is still tops in my book.
Need to see Blackfish
I've watched about 10 docs and mini-docs by Vice on youtube. The suicide forest, I read about quite a bit beforehand, but the whole vid was just Eerie, Indiana, Jones, Keeping up with... nailed it.

It seems like all documentaries about animals are depressing.
