Will Chope was cut form the UFC the day of his fight against Diego Brandao on March 23. The reason was 5 years ago, he plead guilty to assault (in a case of domestic violence). He has said he and his ex-wife are still very good friends and have moved on. They released this video today.

I still think it's weird, but I respect an organization that draws a line and has no tolerance for criminal activity (as far as I know, outside of the now banned TRT) vs. football, which cuts up everything and yet lets fellons run the field.

Half the UFC fighters, especially those on TUF, always talk about how "I was in prison, I had this that the other, and MMA saved me". This is just more hypocrisy from the UFC. I mean, Jesus, when Arianny assaulted her boyfriend, they not only bailed her out of jail, they provided her with an attorney.

yeah, I'm against spousal abuse, but they should vet people BEFORE they hire them just like everybody else.
