Lol. I thought it was interesting considering how it happened and what happended. His leg literally rapped around the other guy's leg.

Yeah, it was horrible. It looks fake, but obviously isn't. I remember watching the PPV when it happened and it was just a horrible ending to a highly anticipated fight and a pretty good card.
Now, though, Anderson has been cleared to train again and is on the road to recovery. The UFC wants him and Nick Diaz to fight. That would be interesting, and a good warm up fight for him. Diaz is good and Anderson is old.

Very.
1. Anderson Silva was considered the best fighter in the world prior to the first time Anderson fought this guy (Chris Weidman). Anderson had gone undefeated since entering the UFC in like, 2007. But then he fought Weidman the first time (not the leg break fight) and this happened:
So we all said, "Anderson is still the best. Weidman didn't beat Anderson, Anderson put his hands down, got silly, and let Weidman KO him". So...
2. This was a rematch of that fight to prove whether Anderson beat Anderson, or Weidman beat Anderson.
3. It was also for the Middleweight Championship, and the main event of a card that featured Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate (one of the most hyped rivalries in MMA)

They kind of have to, at some point, since a lot of people STILL don't think Weidman has cleanly beat Anderson (the leg incident was a break on a block, so I certainly don't count that as finishing your opponent - he blocked an incoming strike - he didn;t do anything offensive)
But for now, Anderson has been out for a while, he has technically lost to Weidman twice, and will probably be given a few different fights, or maybe a super fight or something. They should put him in with Diaz, and if he is still Anderson (coming back from that kind of injury can be HARD), then they should throw all the money in the world at him and GSP and make THAT superfight happen.

I'll see what's on there in terms of special fights and maybe direct you to an interesting one or two fights on there. They have several UFCs on there now.
