I'm not entirely sure what's been going on with Pettis. Offensively, he seems to have his game together. He's one of the premiere kickers in this league. He just seems to need a bit of a defensive tweak. Maybe heart is an issue for him. Maybe he's gotta work on his footwork, or stamina. To be honest, I haven;t analyzed his past 3 fights, but looking at Pettis, and who he is and how he fights, I don't see it being a problem with his offensive tactics. Maybe it's just a slump and maybe he'll turn himself around on his own. Who knows.
