What do you think was the best fight of all time?
Now, the fun thing about this is that it doesn't necessarily have to be based on an actual top fights listing or anything like that. In fact, most of the fights I'll suggest are ones I've actually watched on PPV live, and not one I went back to see. There's something more personal to a fight when you witness it when it happens rather than later.
So for me, the most exciting and gripping fight I've ever watched is what I consider to be the modern day David vs. Goliath fight in which David won.
March 3, 2007. About six months after I got back into the UFC since watching the cards when I was a kid.
UFC 68 - Tim Sylvia defends his title against Randy Couture, in which Randy wins by unanimous decision by doing what Randy does best.
Fight also featured one of the greatest leg kick fakes of all time.
This fight card made me a fan of MMA again. It wasn't the most amazing fight ever, but god damn it was great to see Randy Couture dominate at his game.
What was yours?

It's never possible to say just one. Rizzo-Barnett Rizzo-Couture Barry-Kongo Liddell-Silva Silva-Rampage I also REALLY enjoyed Palhares-Belcher from last night.

Those fights are typically the best.
