Resolution to the "Bulldozers is Racist" Issue

I am tired of debating the different rhetorical stances of this issue, so here's our administrative resolution to this issue once and for all.
From Proboards' Terms of Service, Section 18 (e):
As such, we'll take the following administrative action:
1. @kadri43 will be given an official warning (consider this message to be the official "don't say that on the site anymore" warning)
2. @kadri43 will recieve 1 strike for the purposes of demonstrating that action was taken against this violation. It will be removed after 1 month of good behaviour.
NOW, most importantly, what this means is this issue is resolved. It has now been dealt with in an official manner, and no further "mob justice" is required of the issue.
Though I would discourage it, the Trash Talk section remains a cesspool to say whatever vile things you guys want to each other (with the exceptions of breaking Proboards' Terms of Service, which I cannot control). If you do not like the topic, or feel you are being trolled, do not participate in that thread. Disengage entirely. If someone asks you to leave a certain subject alone (i.e. Bulldozers and this issue) do NOT tag them in any Trash Talk troll posts related to that issue. Furthermore, I don't want to see any of this crap in ManMMA-related threads (things related to fights, fighters, upgrades, roster pages, etc.) If any such messages are seen in those threads, please do the "Report Post" thing, and they will be removed immediately.
Based on conversations with several different members, I feel this satisfactorily resolves all issues related to this matter for everyone.
