I propose the following.
All fighters that were once a part of the league get a shot to come back, but only if they win.
We can post the list of everyone that was otherwise let go, including their record if it is available, then we have a Comeback Card, or Revenge or whatever, and each of those fighters fight a CURRENT MANMMA fighter in that specific weight class. Should the Comeback fighter win, the team that lost to that fighter has the option of picking him up.
Teams would post which fighter they wish to take on in the comeback, which would have no bearing on our current titles.
Or something of this variation, but there is a ton of talent not in ManMMA that I think deserves to be here and can prove it.
Thoughts?

I think a lot of these ideas sound okay IN THEORY, but the more gimmicky stuff that keeps coming up, the more I feel like this will turn into a WWE league.
As much as I would like to see a couple guys come back who used to be here, most were cut cause they SUCKED (Rickson, anyone?), and any card filled with those guys take away a whole fight for a team that is active on ManMMA. If Grapplemuch is correct, and simming is not frequent enough, filling cards with guys who are not on anyone's team might be a massive waste of time.
But what do other people think? These are just my initial observations, anmd not necessarily my "official opinion" on this.

I think it's still interesting because in theory, those fighters have since signed elsewhere and have been fighting. Even if it was a small card and everyone got to fight 1 comeback fighter for an opportunity to potentially have that fighter, it's interesting to me.
Even if we did the proposed pink slip. You put YOUR fighter up against ONE comeback, and the winner gets the spot on your team, the loser is cut.
