Procedure
I conducted the draw as follows.

There were 5 bids on Fisher, and 6 on Hughes. I ranked each bid (1-5 for Fisher, 1-6 for Hughes). I then used team standings and ranked each team as well. Then, lastly, looked at each teams need in the weightclass in question and ranked each team on their need in that weight class.

From there, total "names in the draw" were calculated. The percentage of winning was as follows:

For Spencer Fisher:
Bulldozers - 26%
Rocketmen - 8.8%
Bullies - 14.7%
GAP - 29%
Cannon - 20.6%

For Matt Hughes:
Bulldozers - 13.3%
Ferocity - 24.4%
Knockouts - 22.2%
GAP - 20%
Ducks - 17.8%
Cannon - 2%

From there, the fighters were put into the list randomizer I use for Tournament Fights. The name appearing first on the randomizer after 10 draws was awarded the fighter.

The Results

Spencer Fisher (31-8) goes to xx - Team GAP

Matt Hughes (36-26) goes to The West Coast Knockouts

The Aftermath
The following fighters are now free agents, and are eligible for drafting:
Nick Diaz (24-28)
Eduardo Dantas (2-2)
