So yester day was just a full working day. This is the list of what I did.
- Stretch - Run for 15 minutes - 55 push-ups - 55 punches - 55 sit-ups - 55 elbows - 55 squats - 55 kicks - 55 running back and forth - 55 Punches -Stretch

My issue with doing that at the gym is all but about 3 of those things you could have done at home. I would want gym-experience on gym time, whether its sparring, technique training, etc. I would run on my own time, and do all that other shit i can do at home, well, at home.

I trained doing BJJ... that really improved my ground game. Except that you nearly got put into a Sharpshooter by an amateur like me by simply standing up in the ground fight we had. lol Disclaimer: Yes, I ended up getting schooled after that, but that was still fucking hilarious.

He knows I took the class to get back in shape and to learn how to fight so he will have those days when we only do cardio.
