So you're trying to say that Murphy was handed her belt here? Not quite as blatant as Rousey was and more luck driven, but effectively yes... I'll give her credit for the Young fight though, cuz that was short notice, and Kaitlin Young is a pretty tough customer IRL, but when you follow that up with an extremely controversial and obviously wrong decision over the then #8 ranked bantamweight in the world; D'Alelio), as good as I think D'Alelio is, Murphy shouldn't have been up for the belt already. She just happened to join Invicta when all the top bantamweights were headed over to UFC. Her only claim to fame at that point was being featherweight champion of Alaska for two different Alaska based promotions whereas Nakamoto was kind of similar in that she'd only had 3 pro fights period to that point, and the Murphy/Nakamoto fight was booked before her win over Jessamyn Duke was overturned, BUT the major difference with Nakamoto was that she'd been a previous Golden Gloves Champion in boxing and a 6 time muay thai/kickboxing champion.

Ding ding ding we have a winner. Here, the girls get their initial builds are based on real life and are created from scratch in the simulator... so yah, to a point, she was handed the belt here too, in a different way; far more legit than in real life mind you, but I still don't agree that she should've been as good initially based on what I mentioned above. It was just a continuance of the farce.

It was just a continuance of the farce. Between you and me, bro. She was not made good here at all. She was one of those fighters who fought well to her strengths (something I can only see after they are created and have some fights), but her overall was about the shittiest of any real life champion ManMMA has had come aboard (because of her level of competition, experience, pre-MMA experience, etc). So, in a way, she rode the horseshoe-up-the-ass from real life into ManMMA (though she wasn't super, she was just above-average for a rookie) then she got Dozer-Jacked and became a stud.
