@ The Sandmen: I'd like to suggest that Ferocity be awarded 2 points for starting the hottest, and most fun thread of Season 13; manmma.proboards.com/thread/6610/movie?page=1The movie .gif/pic thread was pretty awesome!  Could perhaps make it a seasonal thing where we award folks like this for adding more fun and less bitching over the site as a whole. Just a thought... |

K, so we have some sort of actual baseline to objectively award this reward, how about something like:
Starting now, anyone who starts a conversation thread that ends up having 4 or more participants, and spans more than 5 pages (without consisting primarily of arguments), you get a pair of points as a reward. That work?

I don't think this is necessary, but my team needs the points, so I can't realistically hate on it. I'd say a discussion of 10+ pages, without undo arguments (like if a random asshole starts something but is largely ignored, it's still cool) then they are awarded 2 points. Yay points.
