That or the simulator has no opinion what so ever, being that its a stat-based mathematical program, with a small randomization trigger. Mostly, if you upgrade well, right, and fully, or get the right match-ups, the best person will rise to the top more often then not. Like real life, sometimes who the best person is changes depending on on or off nights. Brock is really damned close. If he was mine, I would do a 1-3 point tweak, but he is THAT close.

I think Brock is the one fighter that the simulator thinks has aids and then dies a miserable, horrible death every time something important happens. Either that, or to the simulator, Brock Lesnar is the real life Kenny Florian. It's not just Brock though, that's just it... all my good fighters die in the championship fights except for Cruz, and even then, he hasn't won it since I first got him. I did give Brock a tweak just recently bud... have you not been paying attention?! He's been "THAT close" for 3-4 seasons now. It's all bullshit.

The program doesn't know which fighters are yours. The only thing the program understands is basic algorithms based on how you've upgraded. If it's not working, try something different. Or don't. I cannot force the program to make your guys win. We, as team managers, have full control over that after about 6 upgrades.

I don't upgrade any differently than anyone else, it has nothing to do with how I'm upgrading.

I don't get the problem. Brock is good. You made him good...it's a compliment to your upgrading that you are responsible for his dominance over 98% of the division.

I quoted you the fucking problem... your answer to everything. You didn't compliment me on my upgrading... you criticized it twice.

I haven't criticized anything. I'm saying our fighters are OURS after about 6 upgrades. For better or worse, they are. Brock is a title threat. He probably could have taken the SuperFight belt if he was in that tournament. He could probably take out about 5 of our last 8 champions, depending on the night and the champions night.

Neither of those are examples of criticism.

Yah, actually they are... They're both example of you saying "I would do this" when I had just done a tweak recently and the second was you trying to tell me to do something different when there isn't really a different thing to do. You upgrade ground fighters for ground fighting, and stand up fighters for stand up fighting... How the fuck do you do anything fucking different?! lol

If you are interested in teams advice for future upgrading, feel free to ask. I doubt Mike would care about discussing how and why he upgrades how he does. Byron had some success with Rutten. I can tell you what I do, but we have a rocky thing going where I think you will just get mad at me. Overeem was very well done; I think he was The West Coast Knockouts' handy work. And xx - Former Bulldozers did Murphy and, to a lesser extent, Lima. Talk to them about how they do something different. Everyone does different things, that's why the league is diverse.

Honestly, all they do for upgrading should be a crap shoot... they max out one stat then move on to the next. KO's may not have with Overeem, but all the rest were done that way. You forget that I ran the points thread and I saw what they were all doing. I actually do upgrade more like you do... the problem is that I usually just don't have 15 points at a time to put into a fighter every week or two like you do.

Everyone shut up. Phoenix is right. All we do is pick a stat, upgrade it to max, and then move on to winning championships. We're clearly stupid people.
Thank you for letting everyone know the truth, Phoenix. It's about time this ugly fact is revealed. All us stupid people being stupid and all.

the problem is that I usually just don't have 15 points at a time to put into a fighter every week or two like you do. You kinda do when you choose to though. Even after taking nearly a whole month off on two separate occasions, you are still second in all-time total posts. Plus you run a large team, so have more on your plate. None of this is a bad thing, or a criticism of what you are doing, just a statement of the different realities. And I still have to post nearly twice as much as you to get a point.
