Ooo, let's go down that road.
The guy who invented Pringles, Fred Baur, had himself cremated and buried in a Pringles container.
Mark Gruenwald, an executive editor for Marvel, was a well-known practical joker, and due to his young age, many of his friends and co-workers initially believed the reports of his death to be just another joke. Just days prior, he had done one of his trademark cartwheels down the halls of the Bullpen. A longtime lover of comics, Gruenwald made it known amongst his friends and families that his one desire was to have his ashes used in part of a comic. In accordance with his request, he was cremated, and his ashes were mixed with the ink used to print the first printing of the trade paperback compilation of Squadron Supreme.

I'm the only person who voted Jetsons

I think what I liked about the Jetsons was that it was clever for what it did. What I disliked about them is it reminds me of "quick, watch 15 minutes of this show and then go to the school that you hate", and that might be why I'm not as big a fan.

Hey, true enough. I lived close to my school, so I was able to get a full Jetsons in before leaving. I also really liked the movie, so that could influence my opinion of the show. Flintstones reminds me of comfortable, lazy afternoons home from school. For me, Yogi was a transition show - something that was on between things I liked. I never watched Scooby Doo or Smurfs.

Yogi Bear is what I grew up on. It was awesome for its time. Flintstones also awesome.. Same with Scooby doo. But Jetsons just didn't measure up to the others. It tried... Oh it tried and failed. I personally liked Jetsons but just not as much as the other Hanna barbera cartoons.

Yes, Mel Blanc did Barney's voice originally, and of course he's dead, unfortunately.

lol who the fuck would think that a show from the 60s, with an adult voice, would have the same voice actor 55 years later?

Yah, but they're never going to be exact... they aren't the guy. lol It's like Kermit the Frog... nobody's Jim Henson, even his son Brian sounds different. Hell, I do a great Kermit voice myself, but II'd never say I could be exactly like Jim Henson doing it.

He's not bad... actually really good, but not Seth McFarlane. You can hear the difference if you listen carefully. It'd definitely be passable if something ever happened to Seth while Family Guy or whatever were still on the air.
