YOu didn't do your job (you know, the one you are getting points to do) - that's the point. I simmed 4 events before you did an update. You are supposed to update after every single event. You fell 5 WEEKS behind on your job. That's 100% on you. If something comes up and you cannot do your job, fine, let me know. But all you did was bitch and gripe the whole time you were not doing your job, and then when asked to do it, you STILL didn't do it for another 3 days and CONTINUES to bitch and gripe about something 100% irrelevant. If you are going to keep fighting about this shit, I'll just have Mike do it. I figured I would rather spread out the points awarded for doing jobs around here by letting others do them, but if you are going to be a bigger pain then your contributions are worth, I'll give him the points. He actually does the job and doesn't argue with people when he doesn't do it. Actually, we'd never discussed any points for doing it. I was doing it because Cannon wasn't, the site needed it and you asked if I would. As far as I was concerned, I wasn't getting given points this go around. So your point is moot. |

I also didn't argue with you about doing the job at all either. It was done without complaint or question... the points salary issue is a completely separate thing that you've brought into it to attempt to make your "point".

Everything is a separate issue. The only issue here is DO YOUR JOB. There is no one to blame but yourself for not doing it. So...just don't NOT do it anymore and you're fine. Nothing is accomplished by you arguing with me when I politely PM you and ask you to update the thread you have not updated in 5 weeks. Just say, "Yep, on it" (or give me a time when you can - that is not 5 weeks away) and we're good. Problem resolved.

I made it known I had a new job and I wouldn't be as active, yet you're making it a point of issue to deflect from what the actual topic is: your reduction of the league point salary two weeks after implementing it... because, in your words: The Rocketmen, until I can get back to simming 2+ events a week, let's pay-out 2 points a week. 3 feels like a shit-ton for 1 sim a week, and I think we capped about 4 fighters in the past 2 weeks alone. I hope to get back to at least 2 by December 1st. What there has anything to do with members activity correlating to lead you to believe a reduction was needed at all? ...Fighters being capped? ...Really?!  How many were on the same team? How many of them would have been capped in that time anyways, regardless of it being 2 or 3? I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't even 4. lol |
