I personally feel that because the Super-Fight Champion is still considered a Champion, he should be barred from the Grand Prix.

I don't see that The Sandmen has an advantage here- so he has the current superfight champion- the whole point is that you can challenge him at any time, and he's not the best (like in a traditional belt) he's just the best challenger SO FAR... and really not even that, he's just good enough to beat the last champ ONCE... Anywhoodle, I think this would be a lot of fun. The Sandmen is not out to get you , or to win GP- he wants his site to succeed to much for that. As someone who receives :are you still on the site? We need your participation" emails, I know that the guy cares about his site more than he does about winning.

...there are more people then just me in this league here people. Kudos to Bullies for having a reply that had NOTHING to do with me. for that. But seriously - every champion has a title defence at Zenith. We don't know who will be in the GP or Title Banner yet. To keep talking about The Sandmen trying to cheat kinda feels like you;re missing the whole point of the suggestion. I had not really thought of Byron's point. To add to that, as of 3 days ago, we were out of SF challengers. If people are reluctant to challenge for the SF belt because of the GP, that would kind of be counter-spirit of the belt itself.

We need your participation" emails, I know that the guy cares about his site more than he does about winning. That's fine, but again, he's the one that's turned it into an issue of "he's out to get me", which has never been the case at all, nor is it an issue of whether he cares about the site or not. We all care about the site or we wouldn't bee here. But you see, he turns it into a "me vs. him" ploy so that folks will "take his side", which I also don't think is right because, for me, this is about what it is for everyone, not just him cuz whether it's a "traditional" title or not isn't the point... it's still an official ManMMA title and Rumble is still an official ManMMA champion. It's about the rules and the rules being upheld because too many times Sandman has manipulated, bent, broken and changed the rules to suit his own purposes... and, in these cases, he doesn't follow his own protocols for things like this, and he either ignores people that oppose these measures or chastises them for speaking out against something, and then, as I alluded to, makes it an issue of "him vs. ___" and not about the actual issue. Now, do I think that him having an advantage in the GP was an objective of his in suggesting this? Probably not, but unfortunately for him, it's his fighter that's the champion... and regardless of what his motives were for suggesting this, having Rumble on his team in the GP does give him an advantage. 2 fighters have been able to beat Rumble thus far which makes him a dominant champion already. It's not that he's simply beat one champion, ONCE, and that's it... it's the fact that he's already defended that title dominantly over fighters that should be beating him and they're not. So, as far as I'm concerned, he does lose the title, he can be in the GP. If he doesn't lose the title, he shouldn't be allowed to participate, as per the rules of the site that champions are not eligible for the GP.

So, as far as I'm concerned, he does lose the title, he can be in the GP. Of fucking course if he doesn't have the title you cannot keep him out of the Grand Prix. Why the fuck would he be barred from the GP if he had no belt?

There you go again bro... you're the one bringing up "cheating". No one has said you were cheating or trying to cheat... you did that on your own. It's just a simple fact that, as of right now, it's your fighter that's the champion and you're the one making the suggestion. That's it. Anyone that has a champion in the GP has an advantage, whether it's you or someone else, and it goes against the rules of the site. It just so happens that that no one can beat Rumble right now... you know this... and if it's you that goes into the GP with Rumble as the SF Champion, which it really looks extremely likely, then that really does give you an advantage and virtually a guaranteed win in the OW category, just based on how Rumble is fighting right now. It's not accusing you of cheating, it's just a fact.

At this time, it's 4 Yay (Byron, Ferocity, Ducks, Sandmen) to 4 Nay (Phoenix, GAP, Underdogs, Bullies). Cannon seemed to be leaning Nay, but never gave an official response. We haven't heard from Rocketmen, Bulldozers, or West Coast. The Rocketmenxx - Former BulldozersThe West Coast Knockoutsxx - Camp Cannon

With a vote of 5 Yay and 7 Nay, the motion should fail, as the majority reject.
