Your feet would get cold in the walking sleeping bag. With cold feet, who cares what else it does. That's a deal-breaker for me.

That is true. I also don't get the mouth stencil. How could you create one universally similar stencil for something on which everyone's face is different? That doesn't make any sense to me.
