 Ladies and gentleman... MY Name IS Paul Heyman... And I am the advocate for the TWO TIME ManMMA WORLD Heavyweight Champion... The Beast Incarnate... BBRRRROCK... LESNAR! And against my better judgement, and advisement, my client has elected to challenge Shogun Rua for the ManMMA Superfight title. Now, I have to advocate for what my client wants, so that is what I will do... but let's be real here... Michael Bisping? ...Connor McGregor? ....Shogun Rua? OR ...BRRROCK LESNAR? ...Pretty easy to deduce folks. But I will still read out a statement from my client to Chuck Liddell, and as well as these flunkies, Bisping and McGregor, that feel they are worthy.
AAAAAAAAA-HEM! And these are HIS words, not mine... First of all... "To: Chuck Liddell... You got lucky punk. I get your bitch ass on the ground earlier, that's a different fight all together. BUT I would rather lose to Chuck Liddell than say, Mark Coleman... Alistair Overeem... Cain Valasquez. Atleast Chuck Liddell has credibility as being a certified badass... The problem is, I'M the Certified "Baddest Man on the Planet". You got one this time Chuck. I won't let it happen again. Try Me... I Dare You! ...But if Chuck (xx - The Broad Street Bullies ) won't give me an immediate rematch... or, let's face it, ManmMMA (The Sandmen ) won't give me an immediate rematch, to reclaim what IS Mine... So I really enjoyed this whole thing. I would like to see more of it actually. But in this case, none of this is going to work out, unfortunately, due to scheduling. The next SuperFight title defence is at 331. So not the upcoming event, but the one after. Since there were no prior challenges, Conor is therefore scheduled to fight Rua at 331. To do the challenge xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club has pitched, Brock Lesnar will have lost his belt at 329, fight 2 fights at 330, then fight Rua for the belt at 331, giving him 4 fights in 3 events (giving him 7 fights at the mid-point of the ManMMA season). Other teams and other fighters need fights too. So, I'm sorry to say, this challenge is not possible at this time. |
