It was just epic, because he called out Vince and said a lot of shit that nobody else had the balls to say. (nobody else had that written for them) I don't remember why they called it the pipe bomb, but every time he cut a cool promo he turned the mic upside and dropped it, and people called that the pipe bomb.

Makes sense. A lot of folks really loved CM Punk, but every time I get a flash of him, I just find him douchey.

That said, I've been talking to Justin a lot lately about the whole WWF vs. WCW thing, and how I essentially hated most guys that came over from WCW and ECW because it was implanted in my brain that they were the enemy, so now I want to revisit a lot of that era and see if I create my own personal revisionist history.

He always put on good matches, he knew how to get people fired up when cutting promos and he was really funny. I just think he was really good for the WWE, but they kept making him lose to people that came back for one match when he was there every week.
