Fair, so let's take his fined points and send 3 of them to you. That should have perhaps been suggested in the "dishing shit out" thread. so your rewarding him for typing p()rn in all the threads so someone cant access them great job there 1) Karma annoys you, does it? That's cute. Funny too, though, because if Killing Joke wasn't actively being a dick for so long, I doubt anyone would have given a shit about the whole "word" thing. There likely would have been an "Oh, lol, sorry dude. I'll change that" involved. But you reap what you sow. 2) Who told everyone about the "word ban"? That had nothing to do with Bulldozers. Go bitch at Derick's real life BFF for that little "slip-up." 3) There is nothing on or about proboards, or ManMMA about typing that particular word. It is not our fault that kids are accessing an adult website at school, and the school does not allow that. 4) At some point in the very near future, I will advise people to stop being dicks to each other, and stop using that particular work randomly, out of any sort of meaningful context. For now, it's quite amusing seeing you little trolls get so, as you would say, "butt-hurt" over an issue such as free speech, and one's ability to type a simple, 4-letter word on a site. I'll gladly take it if you take your 3rd strike for all the stupid trolling you've done. i never prevented anyone from accessing the site cause i was mad they spoiled a stupid movie i wanted too see for 6 months. For the record, I would. If there was a movie I wanted to see, and someone spoiled it out of context just to troll, I don't care who they are, they would no longer be a member of ManMMA. No warning, no strike, gone. A) I have school and work so it's no that easy to just go. B) My girl wanted to watch it with me so it's even harder since we have different schedules. so if killing jokes didnt spoil it for ya chances are someone at school or someone else would have should we censor them too? This is not school. At school, the kids are allowed to say the word P0RN. LHere, apparently, they are not allowed, hahaha. Tbh, anyone should be censored if they have spoiling intentions. In the 5 years this site has been run, no movie has been spoiled on me. No movie, no show, no fight. We are going to maintain that moving forward. Even if it means removing members. I honestly feel like I'm losing IQ points talking to you. whys that cause your selfish and ignorant that want people to censor themselves about things they have seen such as a movie on the weekend.. Cool, so 1) you don;t understand everyone's frustration, so shut the fuck up. and 2) Cool, so don't waste your time ruining them for other people, or going on and on for 4 pages about why someone should be allowed to spoil shit without consequence. I care greatly about entertainment. I am known as a spoiler Nazi. When Justin and I extensively EXTENSIVELY discuss movies, it is 99% of the time prefaced with "do you remember everything that happens in this movie?" Even ones we know the other saw, we ask before we elaborate. Fuck, even WCW from the 90s we're careful as shit.
Anyone remember belfour? Fucker spoiled a show on my on facebook and I unfriended him. My "blocking" aspect on this site is done specifically to ensure that I do not get spoiled by members that I can no longer trust.
That means that this site, for me, used to be a place where people could legitimately discuss intriguing current things, but if I didn't see it, I would avoid the "The Dark Knight Rises *Spoiler* Thread" for like 6 months until I saw the fucking thing and then dig in. No once did that boil over on ManNHL sites onto other threads or people running around intentionally doing things to bother people.
People lost their shit on Rosie O'Donnell for spoiling Fight Club on television.
But again, because of the rampant behavior under the disguise of "trolling" I can't even trust this site. There are specific sites I avoid on specific days because of things like WWE, UFC, certain TV shows, etc. ManMMA has never been one of those sites.
Lately, I've had to specifically ask the admin of the site to literally go into a thread and redact spoilers all over the fucking place just so I could process points FOR YOU. I come here and do WORK on this site FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT and in return? I get "trolled" by you ruining hundred million dollar movies on me.
Movies that I intend to see and enjoy. That's what I get. I get to have something I LOVE get ruined because I tried to come on here and continue to do something to continue YOUR fun.
How is that fair? And if you think that's a perfectly okay thing to do to people, then you're an asshole.
