I don't disagree...but we do have like, 4 different voted-on-awards where this can also be rewarded. The bonus points for predicting are typically to encourage people to predict. I'm not sure rewarding "IMma gonna winna y'all!" will get more people predicting. Perhaps the opposite? "If he gets points for writing gibberish, why should I predict, I never win anyway, so ill just write gibberish"? as i said... i dont care. I do. You said your fighters would win, that's 10 predictions of a possible 15 fights, ignoring the other fighters. People got like 7 right of a possible 17, you shouldn't be snubbed for saying you would win. If we're handing out free points to everyone that just popped on and predicted and disappeared, you deserve a free point as well for actively participating in that, even if your predictions weren't formal. |
