Bonnar - 4 fight win streak. Longest in the heavyweight division aside from Brock.
Nelson, I'll get that fixed up. Error in master roster I guess.

Bonnar is bullshit, He's still 5 and 4.
Where's Rampage?

We go by how fighters are doing NOW, moreso than their actual records - just like the real UFC. Bonnar is 5 and 4, but hasn't lost since ManMMA 19 (so, not at all this entire season). And if he beats Machida, an ELITE level opponent, he will have definitely earned his shot. Rampage just fought at 38, and is still working his way into contention. He won his last 2 fights, so he still has a tiny bit more to go yet. But perhaps soon. ---------------- Also, for a card this TOTALLY stacked, I am kinda disappointing with the amount of complaining. I was pretty excited about it. 4 BLOODY TITLES ON THE LINE! 2 #1 contender fights! This is our biggest card ever! Where's the love???

lyoto the #1 contender? didnt dos santos own him at mma 23 just saying, also if what you saying to be true about UFC giving title shots by so called consecutive straight wins then go on and explain edgar-hendersonII, Faber -Cruz, until Cruz pulled out due to injury Hughes Gracie, Hughes Penn, Lesnar Couture and im sure there's plenty more..

Canon, as Sandmen said, it is how the fighter is currently doing. Lyoto is on a 3 win streak, and has only lost twice. I understand that one of those was to Junior dos Santos, but right now, Lyoto is one of the better fighters out there.

I think you should have a top level record to have a contenders shot. a 5-4 record, to me isn't contender worthy... a good streak or not.
Rampage, JDS, and a couple others are more deserving

The thing people are clearly forgetting is that we had an open weight class to start the first like 20 or so cards. In that time-frame anyone that wasn't a Heavyweight got OWNED by Heavyweights. In a LOT of ways, all Heavyweight records are massively inflated because of that obvious handicap to the lighter fighters, and all of the Middleweights and Lightweights are incredibly hamstrung for the same reason.
So when a fighter is 0-5 because he kept having to fight the legendary JDS and his AMAZING record, then becomes 6-5 (or a six fight win streak) because he no longer has to fight someone who is far bigger than him, then yes, he gets a title shot.
Also, if we literally NEVER gave a title shot to a fighter unless he had like a 0.700 win percentage, then the only people who would ever get a title shot is anyone that fights Houston Alexander 17 times, or Royce Gracie, or that fighter is JDS, and then no one ever gets to see their fighter get a title shot until those fighters all consecutively lose until their record is near what the rest of the league is at.
Everyone that Justin has set up to fight DESERVES to fight, and by the logic that their record does not adequately reflect a top contender is to suggest it is logical that Camp Cannon is ever correct.

Not saying he's not deserving..... just saying there's more deserving. Good luck to Lyoto in his Championship fight

JDS didnt get a rec by beating anyone small he fought Liddell,Rampage Cro Cop Overeem and Machida in tourney then Fedor then beat Anderson 4 title then the weight classes were introduced - and if we go buy justin technical way of fight streak like a (ufc undisputed game) then what arlovski 4 - 1 4 win streak and I put jds up against him and he loses what now is he back at bottom of list for losing?
