Shogun Rua defends the SuperFight title!
Holy shit. Rua came out more aggressive in this fight than perhaps I have ever seen anyone start a ManMMA fight like...ever. I think he had about 25 punches and a kick or two in in the first 2 minutes. I mean, I don't even think you can fault Conor for this one - he was forced to retreat and wasn't really able to get his game going on account of Retro Shogun was going to Retro Town on him. My brain still feels like Rua is on a string of lucky fights, but it's damned hard to logically argue with a performance like that. We're talking vintage Pride legend Shogun Rua performance here.
