Jon Fitch defends the Middleweight title!
Jon Fitch would have none of Koscheck's nonsense, and made sure Kos knew it. After enduring a brief beeating at the outset, Fitch said "screw this" and came back to dominate Kos for the remainder of the fight. Fitch's powerful takedowns helped him secure the win here, and his ground striking seems sound. Koscheck might want to do more to actually pounce on his chances, rather than letting them slip away. He didn't have Fitch in SERIOUS jeopardy or anything, but he was definitely winning the first exchanges of the fight.
