Take the points out right now then I'll release him and my backup will take over K, so we have 2 different issues here. First, I'm never going to let anyone take all points out of a fighter, regardless or ownership, conditions, or blatant attempts to be a MAJOR asshole to thier friend (even if it is Austin and he clearly deserves it). This makes fighters clone-able, and creates a problem with the site's integrity. Second...I have to go over some things, and check some technicalities about releasing someone mid-GP. It has never come up, and so I'll fly over to a few different pages and read through the written text and we will see if there is anything written at present about releasing a fighter at this point in the season.

It isn't even an issue. He Is my fighter atm and then my backup comes in. Or can I donate Dillashaw since the conditions never said I couldn' move him before the fight?

Or can I donate Dillashaw since the conditions never said I couldn' move him before the fight? Normally I would have been all-for that, since it puts the greater good of the site above a single member who does not need another good LW. However... manmma.proboards.com/thread/11131/lukeSince the challenge clearly states that he ACQUIRES your fighter, and not that YOU LOSE your fighter, then unfortunately, no. You can not do anything that would stop him from getting the fighter, or it would be a breach of the agreement itself. You might have been onto something if you didn't bring up what the specifics of what the conditions said.

So he goes to him straight from free agency then Elaborate please? Aside from you losing Dillashaw for the GP, what is the benefit or reason? (You can PM it to me if you don;t want Austin to see HOW you are trying to troll him, lol)

Since the first round has ended, you know who your opponent is, so bringing your backup in (by any means), violates that rule. The point of GP is that you don't get to pick your matchups. Replacing your fighter with another, even via releasing him, still technically falls under this category, and is not permissible.

And you do, or should, know your opponent, because you do (or should) know how GP format works. Therefore, no.

That doesn't come across as a reasonable thing to go against your own rule. Right xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club?

If xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club replies here, likes this page, or even reads your comment, you cannot do a thing with Dillashaw. If he doesn't see it, ignores it, and does not comment. I will process your downgrades. But I will not take Dillashaw out of your GP spot. Once the first round of GP is simmed, that shit is locked in pretty damned tight.
