Can't wait to hear all the trash talking back and forth and re-defining the process of it, and then neither officially confirming they made the agreement lol , Does this count? I mean, it's not so much a "I never made the agreement" as it is "I might quit if it means I don't have to go through with the agreement". |

The agreement on YOUR end becomes moot - as you no longer have a fighter to GIVE. However, the wording of the agreement was that the winner receives the losers fighter.
