Lashley was partially a joke. But of those you list, only Danzig and Kampmann are notable, and even then, not as noteworthy as the other 3 on this list, as they haven't really fought anyone note-worthy.

Everyone else here either fought elite competition (Lashley), fought for a title (Kheyfets), or won a title (Guillard). Danzig and Kampmann are both 2-0, but they have not fought elite competition.
