Here's a report from one of his fights back in 1997:
Vale Tudo show in Brazil, a guy named Gary Goodridge defeated a Brazilian named Pedro Otavio by squeezing his balls in the fight. At one point, he even stuck his hand down Otavio's short and grabbed his balls that way to squeeze and eventually got Otavio to submit. Well, that's one way to do it I suppose. The Brazilian crowd nearly rioted and wanted to kill Goodridge for it.
Here's the only piece of video I can find from the event, but it does show Gary both kneeing someone in the nuts, as well as trying really hard to reach in there and get a handful lol

As the IVC ruleset allowed groin shots, the fight featured multiple low blows intertwined with their grappling exchanges. In a particularly brutal instance, Goodridge capitalized on having Otavio in a butterfly guard to get his feet inside the Brazilian's tights and squeeze his testicles with his toes. Finally, after grabbing again Otavio's testicles from a clinch, Goodridge overpowered him and landed strikes for the KO, winning the tournament."
