If The Texas Rattlesnakes is sticking with Nate being cut, you can purchase Marquardt, but you cannot donate him to an existing team. |

however Nate should not have been cut. it was unfair to phx. as he is in a state where he can't spend points to save his fighters. (yes i understand that him being in that state is his own failt but its still unfair to punish someone this much.)
allow cannon to help phx out. promoting good will can only be a win for manmma.

There is no "punished too much" for that. 2) Entirely his fault, but also, entirely his CHOICE. He was not forced to keep Brock for the 44 points. He CHOSE to. 3) Phoenix KNEW that he could not upgrade fighters when he kept Brock, as that was part of what he was ranting at me over the phone when I would not donate Brock back to him for free, then for 22 points. allow cannon to help phx out. promoting good will can only be a win for manmma. Donating Nate is a violation of 2 separate existing ManMMA rules. First being you have to trade something for something, and second being once a fighter is cut from FiD, they cannot be re-acquired by their old team for a full season. |

I know we have short memories here at ManMMA, and that is a good thing, but this has become ridiculous.
You know how many second, third and 55th chances PHX has gotten here? This was literally the first time I seriously put my foot down for something he did, I still compromised and let him have his fighter back, but he had to pay. Him getting the option to buy Brock back as a MAJOR special favour, one that would not have been offered to just anyone, and the guy STILL screamed at me at the top of his lungs over the phone over it (to the point where his mother had to yell to ME to end the fucking call with him because he was waking up the damned neighbours). Christ, even as recently as 3 days ago he was filling my inbox with bullshit, calling me all sorts of names because I would not re-compromise on giving him Brock for 22 points instead of 44.
ALL OF THIS after bending over backwards to give him his fighter back in the first place, while still dishing out a reasonable consequence for his actions.
Simply put, no. No to all of it, and if this aimple compromise keeps being a big deal, both for him and for members, he can have Nate back, and Brock can go to auction. It CONTINUES to be totally not worth doing Phoenix any favours here. If he just lost Brock in the first place as he should have, we would not be in this mess, I would not have 2 weeks worth of rage-messages in my inbox, and we would be happily progressing with the season right now.
Good deeds never go unpunished.

than i acquire nate n phx gets him at manmma 440 or after grand prix there no rules about donation otherwise i wouldnt have been out a grand prix spot when texas got 12 of his buddies to join pump n dump the 20 free points they got 4 joining into fighters that should NOT be good here

All of which, pertaining to Marquardt, could have been avoided had anyone but you or Rattlesnakes known that simply taking points out would've gotten him off FiD, nor was that information volunteered by staff when I attempted to put points into him. This whole Marquardt situation rests solely on the shoulders of you and Snakes, and negligence on the part of said staff for not making that information known at all to anyone, nor was it in the rules of FiD... You just assumed everyone knew cuz it entered your brain that it could work that way. You've done me no favors, contrary to what your warped little brain thinks you have. So both of you can go fuck yourselves as far I'm concerned. The silver lining here, I suppose, is that you were finally exposed for the vindictive, self-centered, egotistical son of a bitch you really are Justin. And if it took me having to sacrifice yet that one more fighter from my team to show the other members of this site your true nature, and that it's not all me or in my head, as you claim... I can handle that trade off any day.

Rejected, for reasons above. You cannot buy a fighter for another team, nor trade a fighter for nothing, nor can someone re-acquire someone they lost to FiD for 1 full ManMMA season.
