The Exorcist is a classic. My favorites are still the Nightmare on Elm Street series though, minus Freddy's Dead, although the title was very apres paux considering it killed the franchise until they did the New Nightmare & Freddie vs. Jason, which were both really kool.

When I was kid though, and even though I loved the movie, and still do, The Secret of Nimh was always scary to me... lol No idea why... I think maybe it was Nicodemus that scared the shit out of me.
