And that pretty much settles that. If anyone wants to draft anyone from any male weightclass now to flesh out their thinned roster, put your claims in. Probably first come, first served, but if 2 people want the same guy for some reason, I'll probably randomize it or something. Don't foresee us getting to that point, but you never know. Well I wanted to draft but your rules even allowed teams to over draft, even though I said I wanted Bader as an HW... Ignored. Typical. |

No where in this thread was Bader asked to be moved down, which is an easy accomodation and I can do that for you. All you have to do is ask. Ideally, politely. This thing about about wanting to draft though...no idea what you are talking about. Especially since you drafted Kampmann right after... |

Kruze wants Bader to be a HW and then I think it's a complaint about people getting to add fighters to their teams because years ago we talked about too high of roster sizes? So then he drafts a MW to replace Bader at MW so he can move Bader to HW. |

So then he drafts a MW to replace Bader at MW so he can move Bader to HW. Everything Bader I understood (except the need to be rude). But this part: Well I wanted to draft but your rules even allowed teams to over draft ...No one who drafted had more than 1 fighter in the weight class they drafted in. |

Well done. 👍 My problem is that Phoenix FC is being overlooked because we have had higher roster numbers in the past, not now. Yet Byron gets a free draft choice when he has the most fighters in ManMMA? Funny... When I had the most fighters in ManMMA I was forced to downsize, but Byron gets to add fighters? Seems as though you have a vendetta against me too The Sandmen. |

Seems as though you have a vendetta against me too The Sandmen. 1) EVERYONE can draft now. 2) EVERYONE got a free draft choice 3) Anyone who was on the draft board to draft sooner than others had 1 or fewer people in a weight class. 4) After that, EVERYONE got to draft, and got to draft a free fighter. None of this negatively affected you in any way. None of it resulted in anyone having an unfair advantage over you in any way. None of it had anything to do with anything that has happened in the past. None of it was anything you were not allowed to participate in. Since we were changing WEIGHTCLASSES, making sure people had enough fighters of a WEIGHTCLASS to compete was the issue we were solving. At any given time, I am likly solving a specific issue. It's important to focus on what SPECIFICALLY that issue is at any given time, and stop bringing old stuff into the mix. The issue right now is weightclass balance. Hell, it seems like the most simple of common senses to realize that if we are expanding weightclasses, the league numbers will likely rise as a result. But again, roster size is not the issue right now. Weightclasses are. |

Part 5: WarningPlease stick to what is being asked of you in this thread. I have a lot of things I need to do, and good reasons for doing them when and how I must. There are also reasons for the short timeline on this change, and a reason for the timeline on the draft, etc. Please respect that and do NOT fill this thread with any other questions, complaints, or things that are not directly asked. The ONLY things that should be in this thread are draft pick selections and maybe weight class move suggestions. That is it. Anything else, please PM me so we can discuss it elsewhere. This is the only warning you will get before you are removed until this process is complete. Thank you for your cooperation. This thread was moved because it had nothing to do with what we were trying to accomplish in the thread. As I said above, the alternative course of action would have been to remove you from the process entirely. You're welcome for not doing that, and instead moving the thread. As much as we all hate it, sometimes my job is to help save you from yourself. This was one of those cases. |
